Refund & Exchange Policy

At Zariya Hues, your satisfaction is everything to us. We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Exchange Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

• ✅ Item must be unused and unwashed
• ✅ Original tags must still be attached
• ✅ Item must be in original packaging
• ✅ Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery

How to Request an Exchange

1. WhatsApp us at +92 300 0000000 with your order number and reason
2. We'll confirm eligibility within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back to our address (provided on confirmation)
4. Once received & inspected, your exchange item will be dispatched within 2–3 days

Refund Policy

We currently offer exchanges only — not cash refunds. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

• 🚨 You received the wrong item
• 🚨 Item arrived significantly damaged or defective
• 🚨 Item is severely different from the product description

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and we will process a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or with discount codes
• Items that have been stitched or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
