Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• 📦 Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days (all major cities)
• ⚡ Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (available for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi)
• 🏡 Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Shipping Charges

• Orders under PKR 2,500: PKR 200 flat delivery charge
• Orders above PKR 2,500: FREE delivery 🎉

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and WhatsApp. You can track your order in real time through our courier partner's website.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt re-delivery once. After that, the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.
